ICASA 2026 – Conference Registration
Registration Requirements
All attendees participating in any conference activity—including sessions, workshops, meetings, social events, or receptions—must be formally registered.
Registration and payment must be completed through the official conference system.
Online payments are accepted via:
• Mastercard • Visa • PayPal

Registration Policies
Author Registration
- At least one author for each accepted paper must register and present at the conference.
- A 50% discount is applied to a second paper submitted by the same registered author.
- Each registration covers only one author. Co-authors attending the conference must register separately as listeners.
Confirmation
Upon successful registration and payment, a confirmation email will be sent to the participant.
Expenses Not Included
Registration fees do not include:
- Accommodation
- Travel costs (e.g., flights, trains)
- Visa fees
- Personal expenses
Participants are responsible for arranging and covering these costs independently.
Refund & Cancellation Policy
- Up to 6 weeks before the event: 100% refund
- Up to 4 weeks before the event: 50% refund
- Less than 4 weeks before the event: No refund
- Substitutions: Transfer of registration to another delegate is allowed up to 1 week before the event, subject to approval from the Organising Committee.
