Paper Submission Guidelines

Authors are invited to submit high-quality, original research papers that have not been previously published or   submitted elsewhere. By submitting to ICASA 2026, authors agree to the following guidelines:

  • Submissions must present novel, unpublished work and must not be simultaneously submitted to, or under review at, any other conference or journal.

  • At least one author of each accepted paper must register for the conference and present the work.

  • A single presenter may deliver up to three accepted papers and an author’s name may appear on a         maximum of five submissions.

  • All papers must be written in English and formatted strictly according to the Springer template (MS Word Template is available on Downloads tab). Submissions using other templates or altered formatting may be   rejected without review.

  • Papers must be 10–12 pages, including figures, tables, and references. Up to 2 additional pages (maximum total: 14 pages) are permitted with an extra-page fee.

  • No changes will be accepted after the camera-ready submission deadline.

  • ICASA 2026 follows a strict double-blind review process. Manuscripts must be fully anonymised and must not include identifying information in the text, metadata, acknowledgements, code, or supplementary materials.

  • The similarity score (excluding references) must be below 20%. Papers exceeding this limit will be rejected without peer review.

  • Authors may use Generative AI tools strictly for editing or improving readability. Generative AI must not be used to generate scientific content, including ideas, data, results, analyses, or contributions that could be considered intellectual work. Any permitted AI-assisted editing must be disclosed in the paper’s acknowledgements section and authors remain fully responsible for the originality, accuracy, and integrity of their manuscripts.
